Our Manufacturing Process has the following stages :

Raw Material Receipt

The hallmark of our quality-engranined products is directly dependent upon what goes in to manufacturethem.

Once the raw material receipt department receives the raw material, it is then transferred to the Raw material Inventory section. We rely on tested management concepts in maintaining proper inventory levels so that neither our work nor our capital is held up.

Pressing

The next step in the manufacturing process takes placein the press shop. Our press shophouses ultramodern presses & dyes. The raw material takes useful shape under the shades of the press shop.

Assembly

Thereafter it is the job of our assembly section to give final shape to the product. With the help of state-of-the-art machinery such as spot welding machine & microprocessors, it is our assembly section, which assembles the product to the exact requirements of our esteemed customers.

Painting

Once the assembled products comes out of the assembly section, the paint shop gives it a 'colorful face'.

The product attains its final appearance in this section.

Packing

The product is now packed in our Packaging section, so as to make sure that it reaches in the exact form, shape & appearance to our customers. As a result of our diligent team, we claim that there are minimal, if any at all, loses due to transportation.

Despatch

The dispatch section, then undertakes the exercise to deliver the finished products to our customers. And of course there are no excuses for not meeting a customer's requirements as SDL.
